People are good. Tricky backing onto docks you have to stop the traffic which is faster than running water. Except that they are good. No washroom no overnight.

Loading was extremely quick. Make sure you're NO MORE than 15min early. It's a tricky spot to back into because you have to block traffic and it's a fairly heavy traveled road.
